until hubby's retirement is final.
It's exciting and scary. I know I've said this before, but it's my blog.
We're anxious. I know he wants to leave before the 7th of July, but I just don't see it happening.
For various reasons, we don't have a lot of money and this is going to be an expensive couple of weeks with everything we need to do.
I do have hope, Lord willing, that all will go well.
We have plenty of rice, if nothing else, haha.
I just try to keep my stress levels low and go with the flow. Not much else to do, right?
You all have a blessed weekend!
You are both so resourceful, Linda, I know you will find a way to make it all work! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI have the same feelings. I'm retiring and moving south in six months.
ReplyDeleteNancy, thank you. <3
ReplyDeleteGrouchy, I certainly feel for you. *hugs* ♥
Oh Linda...I hear you! Sometimes we don't know how we make it to the next week, but I guess God always pulls us through. I'm not close enough to the transition like you, but I still have my moments when I'm terrified. You are showing true courage by moving forward in spite of the fears. I bet that once you are settled, you will be really at peace. However, that peace may be a little far off with all the transition stress. Hang in there!!!!! I'm praying for you guys and am excited and scared for you!!!!! In a GOOD way!!!!
