Retired, housewife, mother of three.
Picking up the pieces after God decided the 145 year old farmhouse was no longer the house for us.
Praise God for His mercy and love!
Re: apples. Just read this article today. Might be able to plant something: https://www.nola.com/homegarden/2019/03/plant-these-kinds-of-fruit-trees-in-southern-louisiana.html
Everything is so green there, wish I could say the same for here.
ReplyDeleteSometimes I wish we had snow. And a tiny bit less humidity. I'd like to be able to grow apples. Figs is the best we can hope for. :)

DeleteThank you, Jay!
DeleteWow, spring is in the air there on the farm! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOn the way to summer, maybe. But we are supposed to have a nice weekend, finally, so down to the local Flea Market in Lafayette on Saturday!
DeleteSo green there. We are greening up as well, between snow flurries & rain showers.
ReplyDeleteWe had some cold days, but not much winter this year.
DeleteEverything looks so nice and green. I do enjoy this time of the year for that reason.
ReplyDeleteThanks, TB!
