19 September 2020

It was a gorgeous day yesterday.  Had a nice time at the flea market. Bought some sheets for the RV and an old, round style tupperware container.

We stopped at a place called Billy's Boudin and Cracklins for some fresh cracklins.

And at home, I saw this.

I do love spider lilies.

You all be safe and God bless.

    1. They grow wild all over Louisiana. White ones bloom at a different time and seem to prefer the ditches that stay wet.
They spread through rhizomes, I think is how you spell it, and come up different places each year. We haven't been able to keep up with the mowing as well this year and they are loving it.

  2. I've seen a couple of those, over the years, but never knew what they were. Thank you for providing the name. :)
